根據用戶生產設備及生產條件不同，可調整工藝參數，既可以在加溫條件下進行磷化處理，又可在常溫條件下進行磷化處理。可形成3-7微米灰色或深灰色磷化膜層，噴淋、槽浸均可使用，是粉末涂裝、靜電噴涂、空氣噴涂、電泳涂裝的優秀底層，其結合強度與聯合防腐性能均能達到國家標準或相關的行業標準的技術要求。

Surface Treating Agent For Steel

it is zinc economical phosphating treatment agent before spray coating. Workers can adjust process parameter according to different equipment and product condition. Take phosphating treatment both at heating conditions, but also at ambient temperature conditions. Form 3-7micron gray or deep gray phosphating film, can be used both spray and dip through. It is fine bottom layer for powder spray, static spray and air spray. Its combination of strength and joint anti-corrosion performance, are able to meet national standards or industry standards related to technical requirements.
