O-band機架式SOA半導體光放大器系列,可以應用對1270~1330nm光波范圍內的光信號進行放大。該產品工作方式有電流控制和功率控制兩種方式。
我公司生產的半導體光放大器,具有輸出功率穩(wěn)定,輸出噪聲小,偏振相關增益低等特點。該系列半導體光放大器可支持160Gb/s以下速率的光信號放大。

● 支持 O-波段, 1260~1340nm 或者 1480~1510nm
● 輸出功率達到13dBm
● 支持電流控制和功率控制兩種方式(ACC, AGC)
● 通過 RS232 或者 SNMP 進行狀態(tài)監(jiān)控或者控制

● 220VAC or -49VDC 電源
